We had a very positive experience working with Yohe Plumbing for the first time this week. Our water heater had sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. I called Yohe based on good reviews we had received from others. My initial contact was with Ashley. She gave me a price over the phone and answered my questions. Initially, she could not fit me in the next day but reworked their schedule so that we could get hot water sooner! We were very grateful for her efforts. I believe the crew lead of the 2-person crew that came to our home was named Brian. Both guys were hard working and took care of the replacement quickly. I just want to thank Jackie and Mike! Our 1.3 year old hot water heater stopped heating on Thanksgiving! I called and talked to Jackie on Monday and she was great! She had Mike out to check out the hot water heater an hour later. It turns out it was a bad gas valve. Mike called the manufacturer and they shipped the gas valve overnight. Less than an hour later, Mike was back out and replaced the gas valve and we are back in business. Thank you!

I called this company a day before service. The representative told me she would send someone out the next morning between 8-10:30Am. Travis and his help showed up about 8:30Am. I showed him what needed to be done. They got right to the job. It seem like they took 20 minutes literally to get the job done. I called other places to get the work done and all the other places tried to over price me. One plumber didn't even show up when he was suppose to, and the other plumbers couldn't get out to me. Travis and his helper did a great job! I definitely will recommend them to anyone and use them again if I need some work done. The wait for a good plumber was well worth it!

Have had a problem within our bathroom. A different company told us it would take redoing the entire bathroom to fix the problem. This was an unexpected situation. I found that I would need a plumber to put a wax ring and reinstall my toilets. I was having new floors put down in our bathrooms. I thought the company would complete everything. However, the installer asked did I have a plumber in place to reinstall the toilets. I told him that I did not. He asked if I wanted to reschedule. I stated absolutely not. I had waited several weeks. I asked him to please give me a few minutes. I called Yohe Plumbing since they had put the original plumbing in our home. I explained the situation to the person that answered the phone. She was very cordial they sent two employees out later in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this company. They came out the very next day after I called and I explained to them the work that needed to be done and they didn't nickle and dime me - they were professional and I thought fairly priced for a plumbing company. Office staff very friendly as well. Work was done in a few hours. My only complaint if i had one was that they left the old pipes under the home but I just threw it in my trash can since my service was being picked up the next day. Our water heater went out on a Friday and we needed someone to install the new one ASAP. After getting the run-around from other plumbers, I reached out to Yohe on Saturday and was told they would do their best to fit us in “early in the week” depending on their schedule, completely understandable since it was a last-minute service request. WELL I received a phone call from Mikey at 9am Monday morning to let me know they were able to fit us in that morning!
Amazing news considering we didn’t even hear back from any of the other plumbers we contacted until Yohe’s technicians were wrapping up so there is no telling when we would have had it installed if we had not called Yohe!
The installation was as quick as it could be, the technicians were knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to, and best of all, we have hot water again and didn’t have to wait over a week for someone to call us back!!
10/10, highly recommend for all your HVAC and plumbing needs!

Oh my goodness these guys are fantastic!! My property manager called them for me and they got me in SAME DAY! Not only that, but they had a cancellation and my A/C was fixed in less than 2 hours of calling for an appointment. The woman on the phone was so sweet and seemed like she was happy to assist.

Writing this review for a fellow church member. On Saturday morning the McLaughlin’s woke up to no hot water. They called Yohe and Aaron returned the call from the after hours service line. Instead of telling them how much it would cost them per hour to come out and diagnose the problem he suggested “Let’s try something over the phone”. He walked them through the steps and their tankless water heater was back up and running. They are singing his and his companies praises this morning at church. I've used Yohe before and was pleased with their work so I called them again. This time to replace faucets and repair supply lines in my bathroom. The plumber they sent got the old faucets out and the new ones installed in short order. Next repair was the supply line. It was a tough fix but Travis was able to get this done expertly! She walked me through every step of getting an employee here to diagnosis the water heater problem, how to order warranty parts (customer had to do it), call backs to reassure me that the repairman was coming and to ask if everything went well in ordering the parts.
Forgive me for forgetting the repairman's name but he was so helpful when the warranty company had questions that I couldn't answer. He called them for me in a timely manner to get the parts overnighted. Once the parts were delivered they came to do the repairs as soon as possible and made sure that there was hot water before they left.

Mike Ram with YOHE, was ON TIME, assessed the problem and had the Toilet Flange replaced ASAP. Mike didn't Critique my attempt at fixing the problem and even complimented me on what I had already screwed up, (I'm an Electrician, not a Plumber). He cleaned as he went and didn't mind me watching & asking questions!! Mike even set the New Toilet and caulked around it. Price was VERY FAIR . . . TIM from Yohe Plumbing did our new toilet install. He did an AMAZING JOB installing our smart toilet with bidet. It took him like 2 1/2 hours to install it for an very reasonable price. Before I called Yohe Plumbing I got a quote from a different Plumber that had better reviews then Yohe, also charged me to come to our house and they wanted to charge me for a whole days work ($1200!!!), because the guy claimed: I never installed a toilet like that, so it will take the whole day. I am so glad that I called Yohe plumbing and Matt came out to give me a FREE quote. You dont find too many to give you a free quote these days. I received great service from Yohe Plumbing, Heating, and Air, which I learned about from a coupon in the Super Saver mailing guide. On 05/09/13 I called to request service and received it the next morning between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Matt came in, he worked fast, and was very knowledgeable. My dishwasher and garbage disposal are now in working condition. I would use this service again and I recommend it to others.

I had 3 service calls prior to using Yohe with no resolutions. It was even suggested by a prior technician that I needed a larger unit (upwards of $12,000).
However, not the case with Yohe. Very responsive. 1.Called back within a few minutes of my initial call. 2. They confirmed as early as 6:50am the day of appointment due to my needing the earliest possible appointment. 3. They arrive 15 minutes early. 4. Problem resolved with the hour.
